Pillar 1: Physical

If you follow this style of programming in your life and are TRULY challenging yourself and pushing your boundaries, I guarantee the physical health & performance results will follow.

Here’s how I do it and how The Dillon Burns Method practitioner will set up their PHYSICAL pillar:

  • Every quarter you will pick something hard & extremely physically demanding for you, that should scare you and force you to doubt your ability to achieve it. GOOD. Then you will spend the next 12 weeks training for that one thing. Build your entire 12 weeks around that one thing to ensure you’re as prepared as possible to get it done when the time comes.   • Repeat this every quarter.
